For returns submitted via mail or carrier service, your refund will be processed once they receive and confirm your return.

Hampden Furnishings offers a warranty to the original purchaser, which covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. If a defect arises, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the faulty product.
This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect. Please be aware that excessive swaying back and forth on any banquet stack chair will render the warranty completely void.
