Any damages due to normal wear and tear; misuse, commercial use, abuse, neglect, accident, improper care, or alteration; routine maintenance items such as lubricants, blade sharpening, and normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure are always excluded in the claim. Damage caused by improper installation of the PowerHub Solution in a location that is not well-ventilated, such as inside a garage or a structure detached from the living space, and installed in (i) the home’s basement, (ii) areas where highly flammable materials are stored, and/or (iii) near television antennas or cables. Damage resulting from non-compliance with safety regulations and rules applicable to the Products, which may vary by state and region. Costs and expenses related to a damaged Product or loss of power generated during the Product’s downtime for reasons not covered by this Limited Warranty.
