  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Customers are required to use a shipping method that has the facility of tracking the information when returning or exchanging items.

Step 2:

  • The return address and instructions will be provided for accepted returns, outlining how and where to send your package. Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for product returns.

  • Once they receive and inspect your return, they will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

Step 3:

  • If you have not received your refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

  • All items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
