To initiate your return, please contact your product consultant to obtain a return authorization (RA) number and proceed with shipping your product.
All requests for returns must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date. Approved returns must be in new, unused condition and remain in their original packaging.
Upon receiving your return, Kratos will promptly process it and issue a credit or refund via the original payment method, deducting original and return shipping charges.
Used products are ineligible for return and must adhere to the warranty procedure before replacement. Any returned product showing signs of use and not in its original packaging will not be credited.
