Step 1:

  • Before beginning, confirm that your kitchen appliance issue is a result of a manufacturing flaw rather than "normal wear and tear." The protection plan is specifically designed for factory-related failures and excludes damage from drops, using unauthorized accessories, or improper cleaning.

  • For those who recently received their unit, note that the one-year eligibility window is calculated based on the date of purchase or the delivery date, whichever occurred later.

  • Ensure you have the original proof of purchase or order details on hand, as the technical team requires documentation to verify that the claimant is the original owner of the hardware.

Step 2:

  • To initiate the process, navigate to the specialized contact us portal on the official store and select the warranty claim option to open a digital intake ticket.

  • You must provide the specific model number (found on the back) and the serial number (found on the bottom), along with a detailed description of the problem and how it occurred.

  • A clear, well-lit photograph of the defect must be uploaded with your request; this visual evidence allows the quality assurance team to perform a preliminary inspection without needing the physical product immediately.

Step 3:

  • Register your product after purchase to activate the warranty and make the claim process easier.

  • If the claim is approved, the company may repair the product or replace it with a similar model; you may need to send the product for inspection at your own shipping cost.

  • Once the defective product is received or the claim is approved, a replacement unit will be shipped to your address.
