Before beginning, confirm that your gear issue is a result of a material or workmanship flaw rather than normal wear and tear. The protection plan is specifically designed for factory-related failures and excludes cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, or broken plastic unless caused by a defect.
Ensure that the product was purchased directly from the official store or an authorized reseller (such as Verizon, AT&T, or the official UAG eBay store), as the company cannot verify the quality of items sold by unauthorized third parties.
Note that this coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original end-user purchaser; you will need to verify that you are the original owner to proceed with the claim.
To initiate the process, navigate to the specialized warranty request portal on the official Zendesk support site to open a digital intake ticket.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase from an authorized source and clearly identify the specific model of the product at issue so the technical team can verify the configuration.
Two (2) clear photographs of the product must be uploaded with your request; this visual evidence allows the quality assurance team to evaluate the claim and determine if the returned product meets the necessary criteria.
If the claim is approved, the company will at its discretion replace the defective item with a direct replacement or a product of equal or greater value if the original is out of stock.
While submitting your claim, you are encouraged to register your details on the official store to receive important product developments and ensure a smoother process for any future hardware updates.
Once the team receives your information, they will evaluate the claim within a standard processing window; if the product is eligible, a remedy will be issued according to the terms of the replacement policy.
