Step 1:

  • Before beginning, confirm that your gear's issue is a result of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship. The warranty specifically excludes damage from accidents, misuse (such as dry-boiling a kettle), mineral buildup from hard water, or using the wrong voltage.

  • Check that you are the original purchaser and have your original sales receipt or order confirmation ready; the warranty applies only to products purchased and used within the United States and Canada through authorized retailers.

Step 2:

  • To initiate the process, navigate to the specialized warranty portal on the official Help Center to open a digital support ticket.

  • You must provide the Product Serial Number (usually found on the bottom of the base or the unit itself) and a detailed description of the fault.

  • High-quality photo or video evidence of the issue is required. For kettles, the customer support team often requests a photo of the inside of the kettle; for grinders, a video of the motor sound can help with a quick diagnosis.

Step 3:

  • If the claim is approved, the company will, at its discretion, repair the unit or provide a comparable replacement. For certain products, you may be asked to return the faulty unit for technical inspection before a replacement is issued.

  • Once the claim is processed, any replacement parts or units will be shipped to your address. It is recommended to keep the original shipping box, as it is the safest way to transport the product if a return is required.

fellow Warranty Period:

  • New Gen Electrics (Aiden, Ode Gen 2, Opus, Tally, Pro Kettles): 2 Years (Extendable to 3).

  • Old Gen Electrics (Stagg EKG, Corvo EKG, Ode Gen 1): 1 Year (Extendable to 2).

  • Non-Electric Goods (Carter Mugs, Glassware, Stovetop Kettles): 1 Year.
