You cannot return the merchandise for any reason within the provided time limit of thirty days from the date of delivery without approval.
Fangio Lighting provides no warranty for any incandescent, fluorescent, or halogen bulbs supplied with or used in conjunction with a Fangio Lighting product.
Fangio Lighting will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
With proof of purchase, the purchased products or parts should be returned to the manufacturer in cases of receiving defective lamps.
Fangio Lighting guarantees its products to be free from material and workmanship defects for one year from the purchase date. If a defect is discovered within this period, Fangio Lighting will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or any part of it at no cost to the purchaser, provided the defect is confirmed by Fangio Lighting. In case of a defective lamp, the purchaser should return the product or its part to Fangio Lighting along with proof of the purchase date.
