The protection plan covers the original purchaser of genuine hardware against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of delivery (for all products purchased after June 2025).
To ensure the request is valid, the item must have been purchased from an authorized sales channel or directly from the official website, as the company requires proper product registration within your user account to verify the warranty status.
Before proceeding, verify that the issue is a genuine factory defect rather than damage from unauthorized modifications, "shunting," or using third-party power supplies, as these conditions are not covered by customer support.
To initiate a claim, visitors must log into their customer account on the official website, navigate to the "My Products" section, and ensure the specific serial number of the defective item is fully registered.
Once the product is registered, you must click the contact us button next to the item to open a technical ticket; you will be required to provide a clear description of the fault and troubleshoot the issue with the team.
For a successful assessment, customer support requires you to upload a copy of your original invoice and, most importantly, a video or photograph clearly demonstrating the technical issue for the quality team to review.
Once all required information is submitted via the ticket system on the official website, a technical specialist will review the evidence to determine if the hardware requires a physical "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization).
If the defect is confirmed and cannot be fixed via firmware, the company will provide instructions for shipping the unit to a regional service center for repair or replacement with an equivalent model.
After the service is finalized, the repaired or new hardware is shipped back to you and continues to be covered for the remainder of the original 3-year period or a minimum of 30 days, as specified on the official website.
