EVEREST assures the initial buyer of each new EVEREST unit that the cabinet and all its components will be free from defects in material or workmanship. This warranty applies under normal and appropriate use and maintenance service, as outlined by EVEREST, and is contingent upon the proper installation and start-up following the instructions provided in the accompanying packet for each unit.
The warranty does not cover the use of non-warranty parts, indirect or consequential damage, improper usage, relocating the unit for repair, alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, accidents, damage during transit or installation, fire, flood, acts of God, unauthorized modification, improper electrical connection, or products sold or used outside the USA. The compressor warranty does not extend to shipping and labor costs or other parts, whether electrical or mechanical.
