Each product of EGO Power+ is warranted against all types of defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser. The subject warranty period is calculated from the original retail purchase date of the product. Any defective product under normal use and maintenance will be repaired or replaced at their sole discretion for free according to the issue of the product. The warranty plan will not cover damages due to modification, alteration or unauthorized repair; defects arising under normal usage, malfunction, failure or defect resulting from misuse, abuse (including overloading of the product beyond capacity and immersion in water or other liquid), accidents, neglect or lack of proper installation, and improper maintenance or storage; problems due to liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external causes and operating the product outside EGO’s instructions, specifications or guidelines. In addition, EGO Power+ is not liable to the user or to anyone else for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of the products, including but not limited to personal injury, death, property damage, lost profits, or other economic injury; defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product and cosmetic damage, including but not limited to dents or scratches.
