The costs for the reinstallation or removal of the products must be paid by the customers.
Dura-Trel, Inc. retains the authority to modify or discontinue its designs, and/or colors.
Dura-Trel, Inc. is not responsible for any incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.

Dura-trel, Inc. warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects such as delamination, peeling, flaking, corrosion, cracking, crazing, and excessive fading or bleaching that causes the PVC to revert to its natural color, for a period of 20 years from the date of purchase.
20-year limited manufacturer warranty
The warranty does not cover physical abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper storage. It also excludes improper installation or installations that do not strictly follow Dura-Trel, Inc.'s written instructions. This warranty is void if the materials are painted, varnished, or coated with any substance. Dura-Trel, Inc. is not responsible for damage to the product during shipping. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage caused by atmospheric pollutants, hail, lightning, hurricanes, tornadoes, windborne objects, earthquakes, fire, mildew, natural disasters, building or ground settlement, or exposure to stress or weight.
