Step 2:

  • Dualit has a 14 working days timeframe for customers to return the product if they are not happy with it. The direct returning cost of the goods must be paid by the customers. The refund is provided only for the price of the product.

  • All products should be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging with the receipt. Within three days from the date you receive the goods, file a complaint in case you receive damaged items.

  • The time period for the return to be processed ranges from 10-14 working days. You are recommended to send the goods to the given address.

What is covered under the Dualit Warranty?

The guarantee extends to products exhibiting defects in materials, authentic manufacturing faults, or issues in workmanship that emerge within the guarantee period. At their discretion, they will either repair or replace the defective parts at no cost. The guarantee encompasses both parts and labor.

What is NOT covered under the Dualit Warranty?

The guarantee does not extend to instances where the product is not used in accordance with Dualit's instructions or is not properly maintained, such as failing to descale coffee machines regularly. It also does not cover situations where the product is connected to an unsuitable electricity supply, experiences accidental damage, abuse, or misuse, undergoes unauthorized modification, dismantling, or interference by someone other than Dualit or an approved agent, or is subject to theft or attempted theft.
