Before moving forward, confirm that your footwear issue is a result of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship. The warranty specifically excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidents.
Ensure you have your Order Number (for direct purchases) or a dated Proof of Purchase from an authorized retailer ready to validate your claim. Note that exposure to extreme heat (such as leaving them in a hot car or near a heater) can cause Croslite to shrink or warp; since this is considered improper care rather than a defect, such instances are typically not covered.
To initiate the process, you should access the official Contact Us portal to open a digital intake ticket. Because Crocs manages high volumes of requests, providing all technical data upfront is the most efficient way to secure a resolution.
You must provide the Product Name, size, and color, along with a detailed description of the specific failure such as strap breakage, rivet failure or outsole delamination. High-quality photographs of the defect are required for assessment. Be sure to include a clear shot of the damaged area, a photo of the overall shoes, and a shot of the inner size/batch markings if available.
If the digital claim is approved, the company will at its discretion replace the defective footwear with a new pair of the same style or a comparable alternative if the original is out of stock. In many cases of clear manufacturing defects, you may be issued a voucher or a direct replacement without the need to return the faulty pair.
While submitting your claim, you are highly encouraged to sign up for the Crocs Club or create a customer account. This ensures your purchase history is saved for faster technical support and future inquiries. Once the team authorizes a solution, follow the provided instructions carefully to ensure your replacement is processed and shipped to your US address.
