Step 1:

  • Aquadive wants to clearly explain to you that they do not have any procedure for the registration of the product currently. So, you need to call the customer support team for any other inquiries that you want to ask.

  • In the contact form, your name, email, and a very spacious message box are provided, which is enough for you to comment on what you have in your mind.

Step 2:

  • You must get authorization and an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to returning the products. The products should not have been used, worn, or scratched and the return time period is five days of receipt. The RMA number can be received by emailing.

  • The buyers should bear the cost of insured return FedEx shipping. The refund amount will not include the actual shipping costs, and a restocking fee of $50 will apply. The return policy is for customers who return the products due to a change of mind.

Step 3:

  • The company takes two days to check the conditions of the returned items. Credits will not be issued until the product has been received and inspected at their facility.

  • The customization charge has to be incurred for the returns on special order watches or pre-ordered models, like special engravings or customized watches.

  • During the warranty process, Aquadive Watches may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
