  • Note that the warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers the replacement of the defective item with the same model and design originally ordered.

  • To initiate the process, navigate to the specialized contact us section on the website to open a digital support ticket.

  • You must provide your Order Number (e.g., #US12345) and the email address used during checkout to help the technical team verify your purchase records.

  • High-quality photographs of the defect are required for assessment. Be sure to include a clear shot of the specific problem area and an overall photo of the product to show its general condition.

Step 3:
