Brine Warranty FAQs

How do I file a warranty claim for my Brine lacrosse stick or head?

To start a warranty claim for your Brine lacrosse stick or head, you must first contact Warrior Headquarters to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. No product should be shipped back without this RA number. You can call the Dealer Hotline at 800-968-7845 or email returns@brine.com to request one. Once your return is received and approved, Brine will replace the item with the same model. Make sure you have your proof of purchase ready before reaching out.

What is the warranty period for Brine lacrosse heads and Warp heads?

Brine lacrosse heads, including the Warp Head and ISO Warp Mesh, are covered under a 60-day warranty from the date of original retail purchase. This applies to the original customer only and requires proof of purchase. The item must have been bought from an authorized Brine lacrosse dealer and must not have been abused, altered, or negligently damaged. Upon approval, Brine will replace the head with the same model. Warp heads receive one replacement only under this policy.

Does the Brine warranty cover goggles and helmets?

Yes, Brine goggles and helmets carry a longer warranty period than other equipment. They are covered for one year from the date of original retail purchase against defects such as cracks, welding issues, and other material flaws. The item must be purchased from an authorized dealer and proof of purchase is required. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Importantly, all repairs must be done by Brine directly — replacement parts are not available for separate purchase. Altering or applying paints or solvents to a helmet or goggle will void the warranty.

How long does it take to get a refund after returning a Brine product?

After Brine receives your returned product, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment and include the purchase price along with any applicable taxes. Keep in mind that if you are returning only part of an order that included an online promotion discount, a portion of that initial discount may be lost. Brine recommends placing a new order for a replacement item while your return is being processed.

What items are NOT covered under the Brine lacrosse warranty?

Several product categories are excluded from Brine's warranty policy entirely. These include promotional items such as camp giveaways and raffle prizes, aluminum 6000 men's and women's handles, 2.5mm and 3mm goal nets, and all mini sticks, mini goals, and mini accessories. Dings, dents, and scratches that occur during normal use on handles are also not covered. Additionally, intentional alterations to heads — such as dying, melting, or bending — will void the warranty. Stringing components on lacrosse heads are also excluded and must be replaced at the customer's own expense.

Can I return a used Brine lacrosse product if I'm unhappy with it?

Non-defective used Brine products cannot be returned for any reason. The standard return policy applies only to unused products that are in new and sellable condition — meaning they must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Warrior reserves the right to inspect returned items and may deny a refund if the product does not meet these conditions. If you need a different size or color, Brine recommends placing a new order while returning the qualifying unused item separately.

What proof of purchase do I need for a Brine warranty claim?

Brine requires that customers retain proof of purchase from the original transaction in order to qualify for a warranty claim. Acceptable forms of proof include a store receipt or a credit card statement showing the purchase. This is required for all product categories including heads, handles, gloves, goggles, helmets, and Warp gear. The warranty applies to the original customer only, and the product must have been purchased from an authorized Brine lacrosse dealer. Without valid proof of purchase, warranty claims may not be approved.

How do I contact Brine customer service for warranty or support issues?

Brine customer service can be reached through several channels. You can call the Dealer Hotline at 800-968-7845 during business hours for warranty, return, or product questions. For email inquiries and return authorization requests, contact returns@brine.com. Online support is also available through the Warrior support portal at warriorsupport.zendesk.com, where you can submit a contact form or a returns request. The store locator on brine.com can also help you find an authorized retailer near you if you need in-person product assistance.

What is the warranty on Brine gloves, protective equipment, and bags?

Brine gloves, protective equipment, and bags are covered under a 30-day warranty from the date of original retail purchase. Coverage applies to defects in stitching and material flaws under normal use. The item must have been purchased from an authorized Brine dealer, and the customer must retain proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, and the product must not have been abused, altered, or negligently damaged. As with all Brine warranty policies, only one replacement is provided on the original purchased item.

Does the Brine warranty cover backyard lacrosse goals and nets?

Yes, Brine offers a 90-day warranty on backyard lacrosse equipment including goals, LaxWalls, 6mm nets, 4mm nets, and backstops. This coverage applies to defects that arise during normal use within that 90-day window. However, 2.5mm and 3mm goal nets are specifically excluded from any warranty coverage. As with all Brine warranty claims, customers must contact Warrior Headquarters to obtain a Return Authorization number before sending back any product. Proof of purchase is also recommended to support any warranty request for backyard equipment.
