  • To expedite the warranty claim process, register your product immediately after purchase. Ensure you provide your name, email address, product type, purchase date and location, and a photo of the receipt during registration.

  • You may receive products update, special offers, and exclusive discounts from Bestway stores via email. The solutions for all troubles have been provided on the troubleshooting page.

Step 2:

  • A refund will be issued for products returned unused and unmodified from their original condition, and the products must be returned within thirty days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card within a span of 5 to 10 days following the acceptance of the return.

  • Bestway will never be responsible for product shipping and advises you to use a trackable shipping method. The purchase price refund will not include shipping and handling fees.

Step 3:

  • The customer care team typically reaches out to you within 3 to 5 days after you have submitted the form. They provide you virtual assistant for further assistance.

  • Our warranty valet team will efficiently handle all the processes mentioned here for you, saving both your valuable time and money.

  • During the warranty process, Bestway Pools may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 2-year warranty period.

Bestway Pools Warranty Period:

  • Above Ground Pool products come with a warranty period of 180 days to 2 years.

  • Camping products come with a 2-year warranty period.

  • Trampolines have a warranty period of 1 to 2 years for frames.

What is covered under the Bestway Pools Warranty?

Bestway Pools warranty applies to:

  • Products purchased from an authorized retailer.
  • Manufacturing defects identified during unpacking or use, provided the product is used within the recommended limits and in accordance with the warnings and instructions outlined in the user manual.
  • Products intended for domestic use only; Bestway products are not designed for commercial purposes.

What is NOT covered under the Bestway Pools Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for the following instances:

  • Incorrect installation, improper use, or inadequate maintenance.
  • Poor management, misuse of chemicals, or mishandling of water.
  • Incorrect power supply, neglect, improper handling, or modification of Bestway products.
  • Use of non-suitable or non-original accessories and/or spare parts.
  • Visible damage not reported at the time of delivery.
  • Damage caused by climatic effects or faults not deemed manufacturing defects.
  • Notifications of missing parts made more than two months after the purchase date.
  • Acquired second-hand, reconditioned, or refurbished.
  • Opened or handled without Bestway's consent, including actions such as pump opening.
  • Economic losses resulting from water and chemical consumption costs are not covered.
