Customers who wish to return the products must do so within 14 days of receipt. They are eligible for either a replacement at no cost or a full refund, in accordance with the return policy. A return form is at the bottom of the page with a few details to be completed.
Within 30 days or sooner, following their inspection of the returned item, the refund amount covering packaging and handling fees will be credited to the same credit or charge card used for the original order. The return postage of the products has to be paid by the customers.

The warranty is applicable to appliances bought and used in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Within the warranty timeframe, defects in the appliance resulting from material and/or manufacturing faults will be addressed. These issues must be reported immediately upon identification and within 24 months of the purchase date, or 60 months for eligible appliances that are registered. The warranty service is provided at no cost, and the decision between repair or replacement of the appliance will be made by the company. If the electricity is sourced from land (e.g., in the case of houseboats), these warranty conditions remain applicable.
The warranty does not cover fragile items like glass or cosmetic parts, nor does it include consumable items such as light bulbs. Furthermore, it excludes damage caused by chemical or electrochemical effects of water, exceptional environmental conditions, inappropriate operating conditions, or contact with unsuitable materials. The warranty becomes void in cases of improper installation and assembly, improper use, use in a non-domestic environment, poor maintenance, or failure to adhere to operating or assembly instructions. If the boat generates electricity from its engine, these warranty conditions will not be applicable.
