What is covered under the Marshall Warranty?

Marshall Group assures that the Product, when purchased directly from Marshall Group via the Website, is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a duration of one year from the original purchase date. This warranty is contingent upon the product being utilized in accordance with Marshall Group's published guidelines for the specific Product, including user manuals and technical specifications, and is subject to the limitations outlined in this document. It is important to note that this warranty is applicable solely to the Product(s) acquired for personal use and is not valid for resale purposes.

What is NOT covered under the Marshall Warranty?

The warranty does not cover products purchased through channels other than the Website, issues arising more than one year after the original purchase date from Marshall Group via the Website, consumable parts like batteries or protective coatings, cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and broken plastic, damage resulting from external causes like accidents, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, or fire. It also excludes damage caused by operating or using the product contrary to published guidelines from Marshall Group, including user manuals and technical specifications. Additionally, any attempt to open or disassemble the product in a manner not explicitly described in the user manual is not covered.
