What is covered under the Bauhn Warranty?

The product is assured to be free from workmanship and parts defects for a duration of 12 months from the purchase date. Within this warranty period, any defects arising from normal use and proper care will be addressed at their discretion, with options for repair, replacement, or refund—all at no cost for parts and labor. It's important to note that the benefits provided by this warranty are supplementary to the consumer's existing rights and remedies under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, as well as comparable state and territory laws.

What is NOT covered under the Bauhn Warranty?

The warranty excludes damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or acts of nature. Additionally, it does not apply to products that have not been used in accordance with the instructions outlined in the user manuals.
