Step 1:

  • Register your vehicle through the Apollo App or the official website; this links your serial number to your account and is a prerequisite for accessing advanced diagnostics and specialized protection plans like Apollo Care.

  • Locate your Original Order Number and Purchaser Name; as the warranty typically applies only to the original owner, this information is required to validate your coverage status.

  • Check your scooter’s Kilometer Count; while 2026 models feature a lifetime frame warranty, many older units (purchased between June 2023 and 2025) are limited to a 10,000 km structural guarantee.

Step 2:

  • Consult the Apollo Support Center or use the in-app AI diagnostics to perform a "Vehicle Check"; many recurring error codes or connectivity issues can be resolved via firmware updates without needing to ship the unit.

  • Document the defect by capturing clear photos and/or video evidence; Apollo’s engineering team requires visual proof of the issue before they can approve a parts shipment or professional repair.

  • Keep your original packaging; Apollo requires the original box for any scooter that must be shipped back for repair. If you do not have it, you will need to purchase a replacement box from Apollo to ensure the scooter is protected during transit.

Step 3:

  • Reach out to the team to Contact Us directly by emailing with your order number, serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Review your "Repair Options"; depending on the fault, Apollo may ship you the necessary replacement part (with a guide for self-install) or authorize a repair at an Apollo Certified Shop near you.

  • Once the claim is authorized, ship the unit to the provided address; for approved warranty claims, Apollo typically covers the return shipping cost to the customer after the repair is complete.

Apollo Warranty Period:

  • 12 months limited warranty (frame covered up to 10,000 km)

  • Returns accepted within 14 days on unused scooters.
