Before beginning, confirm that your monitor's issue is a result of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship. The AOC limited warranty specifically covers internal components like the LCD panel, control boards, and power supply. It specifically excludes damage caused by accidents (such as a cracked screen from an impact), unauthorized modifications, improper voltage, or "burn-in" caused by displaying static images for excessive periods.
Ensure you have your original dated sales invoice or digital order confirmation ready. For a claim to be valid in India, the product must have been purchased from an authorized AOC dealer or an authorized online marketplace. Note that the warranty is typically non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
If you are concerned about pixel defects, refer to AOC’s specific Pixel Policy. Most manufacturers follow industry standards where a specific number of "bright" or "dark" pixels must be present to qualify for a panel replacement. Before filing a claim for "no signal" issues, ensure you have tested the monitor with a different cable and a different input source to rule out external hardware failure.
To initiate the process, access the specialized Support section on the official AOC India website. You can also contact the customer care toll-free number or send a message to the authorized service email address to receive a service ticket.
You must provide your Product Model and the Serial Number (usually a 14-character alphanumeric code found on a sticker on the back of the monitor or on the original box). A detailed description of the malfunction is required, such as "vertical lines on display," "auto-power off," or "dead HDMI port."
High-quality photographs of the defect are required for assessment. For screen issues, take one photo of the entire screen showing the defect and one close-up of the specific area. If the unit is within the onsite service coverage area (common in major Indian metropolitan cities), a technician will be assigned to visit your location to inspect the hardware.
If the digital claim is approved, the company will at its discretion repair the unit using new or refurbished parts, or provide a comparable replacement if the original model is out of stock. For customers outside of onsite service zones, you may be required to carry the monitor to the nearest AOC Authorized Service Centre.
While submitting your claim, you are highly encouraged to check your Product Registration status; this ensures your purchase history and serial numbers are securely stored, making any future technical support significantly faster.
Once the team authorizes a solution, follow the provided instructions carefully. If the monitor needs to be transported, ensure it is packed in its original box or equivalent protective packaging to prevent transit damage. Following these steps ensures your display is restored to peak performance with minimal interruption to your work or gaming.
