Step 1:

  • Visit the official Waterbox Aquariums registration portal to link your system's details to your account; registering your Starphire™ glass and cabinetry ensures your protection is active and easily accessible for future service.

  • Locate your Proof of Purchase (original dated receipt or digital invoice); this is a mandatory requirement to verify your status as the original purchaser, as the warranty is not transferable.

  • Check the purchase date on your records to confirm which specific coverage window applies to your model, as terms vary for systems bought before or after late 2024.

Step 2:

  • Inspect your aquarium and stand for "Voiding Actions," such as any unauthorized drilling, cutting, or physical modifications made to the glass or cabinetry.

  • Capture high-resolution photos of the defect, the aquarium's seams, and the levelness of the cabinetry. For glass claims, ensure the photos show the area clearly under good lighting to help the team identify material vs. impact issues.

  • Review the list of "Normal Wear" items that are not covered, including consumables like sponges, filter socks, O-rings, hinges, and rebound kits that have a limited natural life in an aquarium environment.

Step 3:

  • Reach out to the team directly through the official Waterbox website's dedicated support ticket system or via the digital inquiry form to initiate your claim.

  • Provide your original order details and photographic evidence to receive a formal determination; Waterbox will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge with new or rebuilt parts.

  • For issues outside the protected window or regarding damage not covered by the policy, you may be directed to consult with the original place of purchase for further service options.

Waterbox Aquariums Warranty Period:
