- The warranty excludes issues caused by improper handling, storage, or neglect, use of non-manufacturer fasteners, or improper application of chemicals or paint not approved by the manufacturer.
- TimberTech is not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or work stoppage. The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability and safety of the products for their specific use.
