What is covered under the NordicTrack Warranty?

All of the NordicTrack products are warranted by iFIT to the original customers only which makes it non-transferable. Under the warranty, Any form of defect in material and workmanship is covered within the specifically defined warranty period of the product under normal use and maintenance. iFIT at its sole discretion will repair or replace the product when it is preauthorized. The customer will be responsible for a minimal handling charge if replacement parts are shipped while the product is under warranty. Also, Customers will be responsible for a minimal trip charge if it is an in-home service.

What is NOT covered under the NordicTrack Warranty?

NordicTrack’s limited warranty will never be extended to freight damage to the product. Please note that the warranty automatically goes void if the product is purchased or transported outside of the USA; used as a store display model; not properly cared for or improperly or abnormally used; any instruction or warning in this manual is not followed; used as a store display model; modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of iFIT and used for commercial or rental purposes. iFIT will not authorize any other warranty that is specifically set forth above it.
