Please retain your original store sales receipt, as it serves as necessary proof of purchase and must be presented with any warranty claims to the seller or its authorized agents.
You may need to return all or part of the product for inspection and/or repair. Please do not send any product to the company without obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
This Limited Warranty does not include coverage for consequential damages such as loss of water, pool chemicals, damage, or labor costs, nor does it cover normal wear-and-tear or acts of God.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to close-outs, factory seconds, or products that have been resold.
Under no circumstances shall, its authorized agents, related entities, or employees be held liable to the buyer or any other party for direct or consequential damages.

Summer Waves is delighted to provide a warranty covering the repair or replacement of pool products for a period of 180 days from the purchase date. This Limited Warranty is exclusively available to the original buyer.

This limited warranty is void without proof of purchase or if the product has been modified or repaired by the purchaser or unauthorized individuals. It also does not apply if non-summer waves parts or accessories are used, if the product is used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, if an improper voltage is used, or if the product is abused, damaged by accident, or neglected.
