Any alterations or repairs carried out by customers or third-party services without the consent of Shiatsu Plus Inc. will render the warranty void.
Damages resulting from accidents, placement conditions, or any other causes beyond the control of Shiatsu Plus Inc. are not covered.
Upon the date of purchase, the warranty period becomes active and encompasses the following provisions: Defective parts will be replaced or repaired at no cost, inclusive of provided labor. Prior to replacements or repairs, a comprehensive inspection process is mandatory. Replacements and repairs will encompass any defective moving parts, mechanics, motors, metal/plastic frames, and circuit boards. Following replacements or repairs, a thorough test will be conducted to verify the absence of any defective components.
30, 60, 90, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5-year warranty on parts and labor
The warranty does not cover the complete replacement of a product or the free replacement of non-defective parts. In-house repairs are not included in this warranty, and additional fees will be charged for such services. Transportation of the product is also excluded from this warranty, and additional fees will be applied for transportation services. Additionally, wear and tear situations on upholstering are not covered by this warranty.
