Step 1:

  • To initiate warranty service, please contact Aosom directly. This notification regarding warranty service must be made to Aosom within the warranty period. An Aosom representative will collect your identity and order information and verify the warranty as a valid purchase.

  • Once Aosom determines that warranty service is necessary, you may be asked for additional information or required to choose between alternative solutions for resolution.

Step 2:

  • All purchases are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase (from the date of receipt) for any reason. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and customers will not be reimbursed for any unauthorized return shipping charges incurred.

  • You must contact customer service within the specified return period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. There are no additional costs or fees, such as restocking or processing fees, associated with obtaining an RMA.

Step 3:

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, include all accessories from the original shipment, and be shipped back within 14 days of receiving an RMA from the seller.

  • After your claim is processed and approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be completed. You may have to provide pictures or videos of defective or damaged items to receive a full refund.

What is NOT covered under the HOMCOM Furniture Warranty?

The warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse of the product, such as commercial use, accidents, abuse, inclement weather, natural events, neglect, exposure to heat and humidity, modifications, or any use contrary to the product’s intended purpose. It also excludes damage caused by other equipment, consequential or incidental damages, and any costs related to construction, setup, and assembly incurred by third-party involvement.
