Step 1:

  • To register your product, create an account by entering the necessary information. If you do have an existing account, log in with your credentials.

  • Once you are logged in, go to the "support" or "warranty" section of the Razer website. Depending on the layout of the website, this section may be located in the header or the footer menu.

  • Keep your Razer purchase receipt and serial number with you at times. This information will be requested during the registration process and the Razer warranty claim process.

Step 2:

  • Identify the registration option for your Razer product and click on it. Provide the required information, such as the serial number, and purchase details. Follow the instructions provided on the screen to finish the registration.

  • Once the registration process has been completed, it may be necessary to confirm the warranty period associated with your particular Razer product. This can be done either on the Product Registration page or via a confirmation email.

Step 3:

  • To initiate the return of your product, please get in touch with their support team to secure a Return Merchandise Authorization Number ("RMA Number") and the address for Razer support.

  • Ensure that the RMA Number is prominently displayed on the exterior of the package. Inside the package, include a valid Proof of Purchase along with an explanation for the return.

  • Dispatch the product, along with the RMA number and valid proof of purchase, to the Razer support address furnished by Razer's customer support.

  • During the warranty process, Razer may offer you one of the following solutions: warranty replacement or warranty service. The warranty period is usually 1, 2, 3, or 5 years.

Razer Warranty Period:

  • 1 year warranty on for Razer laptops 2021 and older models, phone and phone accessories, Edge gaming handhelds, mouse mats, monitors, speaker systems and Broadcaster devices, routers (excluding Singtel),wearable air purifiers, gaming accessories and rechargeable batteries for wireless devices.

  • 2 years warranty on Razer Headsets, Earphones and Earbuds, Fan and RGB Controllers.

  • 3 years warranty on Razer VIP Mini Signature Edition and Gaming Chairs.

  • 5 years warranty on Razer Katana Power Supplies.
