  • There are no obstacles during the replacement process for defective fans within the first thirty days from the purchase date, as long as you keep the proof of purchase for the return to the place of purchase.

  • The customer support team needs to be contacted for repair or replacement after thirty days, and decisions are made based on the manufacturer's sole discretion.

Step 2:

  • The warranty excludes coverage for any expenses or charges related to labor involved in the installation, removal, or replacement of a fan or its components. Labor and shipping costs are not included.

  • Progress Lighting LED bulbs come with the manufacturer's warranty, while non-LED bulbs do not have any warranty coverage.

Step 3:

  • Not all states allow limits on implied warranty duration or exclusions of certain damages. This means the above may not apply to you depending on your location.

  • The warranty grants you certain rights, and additional rights may exist that differ from state to state.

Progress Lighting Warranty Period:

  • 1-year limited lifetime warranty on pull chain switches, reverse switches, capacitors, and metal finishes

  • 3-year limited lifetime warranty on LED Light modules and electrical components for fans used in multi-family or commercial applications

  • 5-year limited lifetime warranty on LED Light modules and electrical components for fans used in single-family residences

What is covered under the Progress Lighting Warranty?

Progress Lighting guarantees that the fan motors will be free from electrical and/or mechanical defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the fan.

What is NOT covered under the Progress Lighting Warranty?

The warranty does not cover any loss or damage caused by normal wear and tear, alterations, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation, operation, repair, or maintenance, whether by the original purchaser or a third party. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from incorrect voltage supply, power surges, use of inappropriate parts or accessories, unauthorized repair attempts, or lack of necessary maintenance for the fan.
