Securely pack your defective device ideally in its original box and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package to prevent processing delays.
Include a copy of your sales receipt inside the box and ship the unit to the authorized service center address provided by the team; once the defect is validated, Polaroid will coordinate the repair or replacement.
