Step 1:

  • Your sales receipt from an authorized Paradigm dealer is the single most important document tied to your warranty coverage it establishes the official start date of your protection period and serves as the primary legal verification for any future hardware claims.

  • Store both a physical and digital copy of your receipt in a safe, easily retrievable location, as its absence may delay or limit your ability to access covered repairs when a service request is submitted.

  • If you are located outside the United States or Canada, retain any additional purchase documentation provided by your regional authorized Paradigm distributor, as warranty terms and conditions in those territories are established and administered locally.

Step 2:

  • As the owner, you are responsible for providing or covering the cost of transporting your unit to the designated service facility ensure the speaker is packaged securely to prevent any additional damage during transit before shipping it prepaid.

  • Include your original proof of purchase inside the shipment, as this will be required upon arrival to validate your coverage, confirm the applicable warranty period, and authorize the repair process without unnecessary delays.

  • Take note of your unit's serial number before dispatch and verify it remains intact and legible on the product, as a removed or defaced serial number will immediately void your eligibility for warranty service.

Step 3:

  • Should servicing be required, reach out to your nearest authorized Paradigm dealer, Paradigm Electronics Inc. directly, or  if you are located outside the United States and Canada your regional import distributor to initiate and arrange the service process.

  • Your dealer or distributor will confirm your unit's eligibility under the applicable warranty terms, coordinate with Paradigm's technical team, and carry out the necessary repair, replacement, or adjustment at no charge to you provided the fault qualifies as a manufacturing or material defect.

  • Once the evaluation is complete, Paradigm Electronics Inc. reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, whether that is a component repair, a parts replacement, or a factory adjustment, based on the findings of their authorized technical inspection.

  • Powered Subwoofers — 3 years

  • Outdoor Rock speakers — 5 years

What is covered under the Paradigm Warranty?

Eligible for Coverage: The Paradigm Quality Guarantee

  • Driver Integrity: Coverage for manufacturing defects in woofer cones, ART™ surrounds, and tweeter assemblies under normal residential listening conditions.
  • Cabinet & Enclosure Construction: Protection for the structural integrity of the speaker enclosure, including factory-related veneer separation, cabinet joint failure, or finish defects originating at the point of manufacture.
  • Crossover Networks: Coverage for internal electrical components — including capacitors, inductors, and resistors — confirmed as defective from manufacturing.
  • Powered Subwoofer Electronics: Specialized coverage for the internal amplifier boards and DSP signal processing circuits found in Paradigm's active powered subwoofers.
  • Custom Install & Architectural Speakers: Coverage for manufacturing defects in in-wall and in-ceiling driver assemblies and their associated passive components under standard residential use.
  • Passive Radiators: Coverage for the functional integrity of passive radiator assemblies against factory-related mechanical failure.

What is NOT covered under the Paradigm Warranty?

Exclusions: Protection Limitations

  • Thermal or Mechanical Abuse: Coverage does not extend to burnt voice coils, torn surrounds, or any damage caused by driving the speakers beyond their rated power handling capacity or through sustained clipping.
  • Physical Damage: The guarantee does not cover scratches, dents, grille tears, or cabinet damage resulting from external impact, improper handling, or damage in transit arranged by the owner.
  • Environmental Conditions: Coverage is void for failures caused by exposure to excessive moisture, temperature extremes, or any abnormal operating conditions outside standard residential environments.
  • Unauthorized Modification or Tampering: Any warranty is void if the internal crossover, driver assembly, or cabinet has been altered or serviced by an unauthorized facility, or if non-genuine replacement parts have been installed.
  • Commercial & Professional Use: Standard residential coverage does not apply to speakers used in professional studios, commercial venues, or any high-traffic non-residential environment.
  • Faulty or Unsuitable External Equipment: Coverage excludes damage resulting from use in conjunction with faulty, mismatched, or otherwise unsuitable amplification equipment, including damage caused by incorrect wiring or short circuits.
  • Serial Number Removal: Any warranty is void if the product's serial number has been removed, altered, or defaced in any way.
