Note that for batteries used in North America, registration helps the team track the specific lot and manufacturing date of your unit.
If your energy hardware suffers a failure, such as a drop in voltage or a non-responsive charge, the primary route for resolution is through a professional Third-Party Test. For many batteries, Mighty Max requires a print-out test result from a reputable retailer (such as AutoZone, O'Reilly, or Walmart) to process the claim. This ensures the issue is a factory workmanship defect rather than a simple discharge or improper maintenance issue.
You should first take your battery to a local retailer for a diagnostic test. You must provide a detailed copy of the test results that clearly state the battery is "Faulty" or "Bad." Results showing "Charge Required" are not acceptable. The technical team will perform a formal assessment of these results to determine if the failure is a warrantable manufacturing defect. For LiFePO4 models, the team may perform additional remote diagnostics to check the internal Battery Management System (BMS) before authorizing a return.

Important: All returns must be phoned in for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to shipment.
