To activate your coverage and ensure you are eligible for the latest technical updates and promotions, you should register your purchase through the official Milton Industries online portal. This administrative step acts as a mechanical necessity to verify your status as the original purchaser and creates a digital archive of your tool’s history for faster future service.

  • To register, visit the official website and navigate to the warranty registration section. You will need to select your region (United States or Canada) and provide your Personal Information, Product Brand (Milton®, EXELAIR®, etc.), and Category. You must also upload a digital copy of your Receipt or enter your Invoice Number to confirm the date of purchase. Successfully completing this step ensures that if a manufacturing defect occurs, the Global Customer Service team can immediately validate your claim.

Step 2:

  • If your pneumatic hardware suffers a failure, such as a structural defect in material or workmanship, the primary route for resolution is through an official assessment. Milton® utilizes a specialized evaluation process to determine if the issue is a factory flaw or a result of "high use application" where a product has simply reached its natural end of life.

  • You should first reach out to the customer service team to discuss the symptoms of the fault. You must provide a detailed description of the issue. The technical team will perform a formal assessment to determine if the failure is a warrantable manufacturing defect. Note that the protection does not apply to damage determined to be from unauthorised repairs, misuse (such as cracked housings from being dropped), or lack of maintenance. For confirmed defects, the team will authorize a replacement or issue a credit.

Step 3:

  • To finalize your resolution or obtain a specialized hardware restoration, you must initiate a formal claim by choosing to Contact Us directly to obtain a "Returned Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) form. Important: You must not send any product back to the Chicago factory without a pre-approved RMA number listed clearly on the outside of the box. Getting in touch with the specialized Global Customer Service team is the required final step to validate your solution.

  • The support team is reachable via the digital warranty claim form, email, or their toll-free phone line at (855) GO4-MILT. You will be required to submit a photo of the defect along with your contact details. Once the RMA is issued, you must return the product along with a copy of your proof of purchase, freight prepaid and insured, to the Milton Industries factory in Chicago. Their technicians will then conduct a final examination to restore your equipment's performance standards or provide the appropriate credit.

  • Standard Limited Protection: Most hardware is covered for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase.

  • Extended Limited Protection: Certain specialized products carry an extended window of up to three (3) years, as indicated on the specific product labeling.
