  • During your self-audit, maintain a digital record of your Dated Proof of Purchase, as the protection only extends to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Note that aesthetic issues like scratches, loose threads, or edge paint peeling that occur through normal use are considered wear and tear. Furthermore, damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, water, or solvents falls outside the scope of factory workmanship protection.

  • If your professional gear suffers a failure, such as a structural seam defect or a hardware malfunction, the primary route for resolution is through an official assessment. Maverick & Co. utilizes a specialized investigation process to determine the cause of the defect and identify the most appropriate solution for your specific situation.

  • You should first inspect the bag to confirm the issue is not a result of improper maintenance, washing, or attempted self-repair. You must provide a detailed description of the fault and your original order information. The technical team will perform a formal assessment to determine if the failure is a warrantable manufacturing defect. This rigorous evaluation ensures that the solution whether repair or replacement meets the brand's high standards for professional durability.

  • To finalize your resolution or obtain a specialized hardware restoration, you must initiate a formal request by choosing to Contact Us directly via the official support channels.

  • Getting in touch with the specialized customer support team is the required final step to validate your solution and allow the team to further understand your situation. The support team is reachable via the official Support Email provided by the brand.

  • You will be required to submit proof of the original date of purchase and evidence of the defect. Once the team validates the issue, Maverick & Co. will, at their option, provide a repaired or replacement product. Note that a replacement may come from a different production batch, which could result in slight color variations, especially on natural materials like leather.
