Step 1:

  • Begin the warranty claims process by registering your product. This will keep you informed about warranty and product updates, new releases, and exclusive offers.   • As the first step, check the warranty eligibility of your products on the “My Orders” tab on the account page. All KitchenAid products are subjected to a 30-day return policy.

  • Make sure that you claim your warranty within 30 days to get free shipping. For the products to exceed the time frame, you need to jump on a call to the support team with your order number and model number in handy. They will guide you through every process.

  • For returns, it takes two weeks to process any adjustments or refunds once your product is received by KitchenAid. The refund will be made to the original card with which you purchased the product within 7-10 business days.

What is covered under the KitchenAid Warranty?
