3 Simple Steps for KitchenAid Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Begin the warranty claims process by registering your product. This will keep you informed about warranty and product updates, new releases, and exclusive offers. Please provide all the required information in the registration form, including your personal details and product information, such as the serial number, model number, and purchase details. It would be helpful when you claim any returns or refunds.

  • Alongside registration, create an account for yourself, as KitchenAid offers some concessions on warranty claims for the account holders.

Step 2:

  • As the first step, check the warranty eligibility of your products on the “My Orders” tab on the account page. All KitchenAid products are subjected to a 30-day return policy.

  • Make sure that you claim your warranty within 30 days to get free shipping. For the products to exceed the time frame, you need to jump on a call to the support team with your order number and model number in handy. They will guide you through every process.

  • For returns, it takes two weeks to process any adjustments or refunds once your product is received by KitchenAid. The refund will be made to the original card with which you purchased the product within 7-10 business days.

Step 3:

  • KitchenAid has an excellent customer support team to address your various issues. In case of any inquiries regarding warranty claims, please contact their customer support team via the contact form.

  • When filling out the form, choose 'Appliance & Tool' as your main topic and ' Service & Warranty' as the subtopic to receive help with your warranty claim. Simply provide your information, including your name, model number, purchase date, and more. Additionally, they provide a chat feature for your convenience.
