  • Begin the KitchenAid warranty claim process by registering your product. This will keep you informed about warranty and product updates, new releases, and exclusive offers.

  • Please provide all the required information in the registration form, including your personal details and product information, such as the serial number, model number, and purchase details. It would be helpful when you claim any returns or refunds.

  • Alongside registration, create an account for yourself, as KitchenAid offers some concessions on warranty claims for account holders.

  • For KitchenAid assistance with countertop appliances, kitchenware, and kitchen tools, call 1-800-541-6390; for commercial countertop appliances, call 1-800-584-4315; and for stand mixer and blender repair, call 1-855-845-9684.

Step 2:

  • As the first step, check the warranty eligibility of your products on the “My Orders” tab on the account page. All KitchenAid products are subjected to a 30-day return policy.

  • Make sure that you claim your warranty within 30 days to get free shipping. For the products to exceed the time frame, you need to jump on a call to the support team with your order number and model number in handy.

  • For returns, it takes two weeks to process any adjustments or refunds once your product is received by KitchenAid. The refund will be made to the original card with which you purchased the product within 7-10 business days.
