  • Locate your Original Proof of Purchase (receipt or invoice) from an authorized JUUL retailer; this is necessary to evidence that the product is within its eligible protection window.

Step 2:

  • Consult the official troubleshooting guides to resolve common issues, such as cleaning the internal contacts with a dry cotton swab to fix charging or connectivity problems.

  • Identify the specific nature of the fault; for warranty claims, you must provide details regarding the problem, including any LED light patterns or battery behavior you've observed.

  • Note the Exclusions: Before preparing your claim, remember that JUULpods and the USB Charging Dock are considered consumables and are generally not covered by the hardware warranty.

Step 3:

  • Provide your registered serial number and a detailed description of the fault; in some cases, JUUL may require you to return the defective device before processing your remedy.
