  • The form, which is in PDF format, is for claiming the warranty, and it needs to be attached inside when shipping the products. You are supposed to take a printout of the form after downloading it.

  • It is your duty to choose the shipping service, and the shipping cost must be paid early. You can expect a response from them in three weeks, and sometimes the response time goes up to six weeks during peak hours.

  • You will get your product back or a gift card when the seller cannot fix your warranty-related issue. By using the gift card, a new product can be ordered on the official website based on your preference as indicated in the warranty claim form.

Step 2:

  • The products that are undamaged, unaltered, and unused are permitted to be returned within 60 days from the purchase date if you are not happy with them. Returns are not accepted for items marked as final clearance.

  • If you're returning an item without the original receipt, please provide the order number, which can be retrieved from your order confirmation email.

What is covered under the JanSport Warranty?

The limited lifetime warranty specifically pertains to all JanSport branded equipment, including packs, bags, pouches, totes, and cases. In the event that a product covered by the warranty experiences failure due to a manufacturing defect, JanSport will either repair it at no cost or replace it, depending on their discretion. The warranty exclusively covers unaltered and unmodified items, ensuring the original workmanship is preserved.

What is NOT covered under the JanSport Warranty?

The warranty excludes tee shirts, beanies, hats, pins, patches, face masks, facial coverings, and related accessories. Additionally, it does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper care, negligence, regular wear and tear, or the natural fading of colors and materials over prolonged use.
