To initiate a warranty claim, please contact them promptly by phone during weekdays.
Please ensure you have photos ready to assist their staff in processing your claim. Discount Ramps will assess any defects based on the provided evidence.
Upon confirmation of defects, Discount Ramps will replace the faulty part with a similar or identical product at no cost, though labor charges may apply.
If replacement parts are needed, they will arrive within 7-10 days. Please be aware that expedited shipping options are not offered for replacement parts.
Discount Ramps is not responsible for any damages that may result from the use of this product, including but not limited to property damage.

Products purchased from the Authorized Dealer (original place of purchase) or Merchant will be free of material and workmanship defects upon receipt. They will meet the specified requirements stated at the point of purchase or on the Dealer's website, provided they are correctly installed, operated, and maintained under normal use and service conditions.
The warranty does not cover products that are repaired, modified, or altered by anyone other than the Authorized Dealer. It also excludes products subjected to unusual physical stress or conditions (such as overloaded ramps or corrosion), natural disasters, governmental actions, wars, strikes, labor disputes, riots, theft, vandalism, terrorism, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence in use, storage, transportation, or handling, as well as tampering. Consumable items or those needing repair or replacement due to normal wear and tear are also not covered.
