If replacement parts are needed, they will arrive within 7-10 days. Please be aware that expedited shipping options are not offered for replacement parts.

What is covered under the Harbor Mate Ramp Warranty?
Products purchased from the Authorized Dealer (original place of purchase) or Merchant will be free of material and workmanship defects upon receipt. They will meet the specified requirements stated at the point of purchase or on the Dealer's website, provided they are correctly installed, operated, and maintained under normal use and service conditions.
What is NOT covered under the Harbor Mate Ramp Warranty?
The warranty does not cover products that are repaired, modified, or altered by anyone other than the Authorized Dealer. It also excludes products subjected to unusual physical stress or conditions (such as overloaded ramps or corrosion), natural disasters, governmental actions, wars, strikes, labor disputes, riots, theft, vandalism, terrorism, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence in use, storage, transportation, or handling, as well as tampering. Consumable items or those needing repair or replacement due to normal wear and tear are also not covered.
