This warranty grants you particular legal entitlements, and you may possess additional rights that differ depending on the state.

The manufacturer assures the original purchaser that the product will be devoid of material, parts, and workmanship defects for the specified duration. They commit to replacing any defective product with either a new or remanufactured unit equivalent to the original purchase during the warranty period, at their discretion.
This warranty does not cover conditions such as damage, defacement, alteration, or modification of the product's appearance or exterior. Additionally, if the original serial number is tampered with or cannot be determined, the warranty is void. Damage resulting from power line surges, improper voltage sources, general misuse, accidents, or acts of nature is also not covered. Warranty claims will be denied if repair attempts were made by unauthorized service providers, non-genuine parts were used, or parts were sourced from unauthorized service companies. Transfer of ownership, purchase under specific terms such as refurbished or final sale, commercial or rental use, and usage outside ordinary household settings or contrary to provided instructions will void the warranty. Improper installation leading to damage is also excluded from coverage.
