What does the Bell helmet warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If your helmet qualifies, Bell may repair it, replace it, or refund the purchase price at its discretion. You must be the original purchaser and provide proof of purchase.
How long do I have to return or exchange my Bell helmet?
If you purchased your helmet directly from bellhelmets.com, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return or exchange it. The helmet must be in restockable condition with the original tags, stickers, packaging, and documentation.
Does Bell Helmets provide a prepaid return shipping label?
Yes. Bell Helmets provides a prepaid FedEx return label for eligible returns and exchanges. There are no restocking fees, but the original shipping cost is not refunded.
When will I receive my refund after returning my Bell helmet?
Once Bell receives your returned item, allow 2 business days for processing. The refund will then be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Check your Spam or Junk folder if you are waiting for the FedEx return label.
