Step 1:

  • Before beginning, confirm that your equipment's issue is a result of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship. The warranty specifically covers defects in the motor, pump assembly, and internal circuitry under normal residential use. It specifically excludes damage caused by "dry running" the pump, freezing temperatures, using corrosive chemicals, or using the product for commercial or industrial purposes.

  • Ensure you have your original dated sales receipt or digital order confirmation ready. The warranty is typically valid for the original purchaser and starts from the date of purchase. Note that certain "wear items" such as O-rings, seals, spray tips, and hoses are considered consumable parts and are generally subject to a much shorter coverage window or excluded if the damage is due to normal wear and tear.

  • If the product was subjected to improper voltage, modified with non-standard parts, or used with an extension cord not meeting the required specifications, the warranty may be voided. Always check the user manual to ensure the operating conditions were within the recommended parameters before proceeding.

Step 2:

  • To initiate the process, access the specialized contact us portal on the official website. You may also contact the support team via the provided technical assistance email address to open a digital intake ticket.

  • You must provide your Order Number and the product's Serial Number (usually found on the data plate on the side or bottom of the unit). A detailed description of the malfunction is required, such as "pump pulsing," "motor failing to start," or "unusual noise during operation."

  • High-quality photographs or videos of the defect are required for assessment. For pressure washers, a short video clip demonstrating the specific issue (such as a leak or a loss of pressure) is highly effective in helping the technical team diagnose whether a replacement part can be sent or if the entire unit requires evaluation.

Step 3:

  • If the digital claim is approved, the company will at its discretion provide replacement parts for user-serviceable repairs, offer a comparable replacement unit, or direct you to an authorized service center. For confirmed manufacturing defects, the brand will provide instructions on the next steps for resolution.

  • While submitting your claim, you are highly encouraged to complete your Product Registration on the official website if you haven't already. This ensures your model information and purchase history are securely stored, making any future technical support or spare part requests much faster.

  • Once the team authorizes a solution, follow the provided instructions carefully. If a return is required, ensure the unit is completely drained of all water to prevent damage during shipping especially in winter months. Following the specific packaging guidelines will ensure your replacement or repair is processed without unnecessary delays.
