Provide a detailed summary of the technical malfunction via the online "Inquiry Service" to allow the support staff to triage whether the issue requires a formal RMA (Return Materials Authorization).
Once your RMA application is approved via email, you will receive a unique RMA number and specific shipping instructions. For valid warranty claims, users must fill out the personal and product information forms correctly to obtain the required Return Authorization.
Ensure your personal data is backed up regularly, as TeamGroup's warranty covers hardware repair or replacement but does not include data recovery or liability for lost files.
