You must provide a valid order number from Spigen's website or Amazon and clearly identify the product model and color of the item that is experiencing issues.
Clear photographs of the defect must be uploaded with your request; this visual evidence allows the quality assurance team to perform a preliminary evaluation without needing you to mail the product back immediately.
If the digital claim is approved, the company will at its discretion replace the defective item with a direct replacement or a product of equal value if your specific model is no longer in stock.
