Step 1:

  • To request a warranty replacement, please send the product to the address provided below, with freight prepaid, within the specified warranty period.

  • Kindly include the product, a copy of the receipt, a detailed description of the issue, and a money order equivalent to the monetary amount specified on your warranty card.

Step 2:

  • The money order should be payable to COBY ELECTRONICS and should cover the expenses associated with return shipping and handling.

  • If you fail to include the necessary information, it may cause a delay in processing your shipment. Please anticipate a 4-6 week timeframe for product replacement.

Step 3:

  • Each out-of-warranty product requiring replacement will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, with all replacements subject to a $6 shipping and handling fee.

  • To determine the cost of replacing an out-of-warranty product, kindly contact them via phone or email.
