3 Simple Steps for Mazda Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Under the 24/7 emergency roadside assistance program, if non-functioning warranted parts render your vehicle undrivable, you can have it towed to the nearest Mazda dealer using towing service.

  • The payment charges for the towing are borne by Mazda within the warranty period. Mazda allows you to transfer the warranty to others in the United States.

Step 2:

  • Lock-out Assistance, Gas Delivery, Jump Starts, Flat Tire Assistance are some other perks provided by Mazda, as outlined in the procedures mentioned in the New-Vehicle Limited Warranty.

  • This roadside assistance program is extendable once its time period has come to an end. Details related to extended coverage and pricing information can be obtained from Mazda Roadside Assistance.

Step 3:

  • The warranty coverage applies to Mazda vehicles that are initially registered and regularly used in the United States or U.S. Territories where they were manufactured. These territories include the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, and American Samoa.

  • You should never attempt to visit independent repair centers to have your vehicle repaired or serviced because doing so would invalidate your warranty and result in no reimbursement.

About Mazda

Mazda Motor Corporation also known as simply Mazda, is a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer headquartered in Fuchū, Hiroshima, Japan. The company was founded on January 30, 1920, as Toyo Cork Kogyo Co., Ltd., a cork-making factory, by Jujiro Matsuda. Mazda is finding uses for biomaterials in its vehicles, including both plastics and fabrics made from corn starch, as it aims to become more environmentally friendly. Mazda introduced some of these innovations (bioplastic internal consoles and bio-fabric seats) in its Mazda5 model at EcoInnovasia 2008, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok. Up to 30% of the interior parts in the Mazda5 are made of biomaterial components.
