3 Simple Steps for Hyundai Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • The Hyundai vehicle that is immovable or inoperable because of warrantable flaws must be brought to the Hyundai dealership or authorized service facility nearest to you by towing. The towing expenses will be compensated by Hyundai.

  • The vehicles that have been crafted according to the specifications of the USA by Hyundai Motor America, and are enrolled and allowed to be operated in the contiguous and non-contiguous states of the USA, are covered under the warranty policy.

Step 2:

  • Hyundai has a different program called the 24-hour roadside assistance program that none of its competitors would have followed. You will get to know about the area or contact number of the Hyundai Dealerships or Authorized Service Facilities around the USA via this program.

  • Furthermore, when you call them, even in the midnight, you will receive backups for towing, dead battery, flat tire change, lockout services, and gas delivery without any refusal from the manufacturer.

Step 3:

  • The customer care representatives work diligently for customers during the weekdays. They are pleased to assist you to the utmost satisfaction. Your queries will be answered in a matter of seconds.

  • The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, which may include, but are not limited to, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, or commercial loss.

What is NOT covered under the Hyundai Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for routine maintenance services such as cleaning and polishing, engine tune-ups, minor adjustments, lubrication, oil/fluid changes, filters, anti-freeze coolant replenishment, wheel alignment, and tire rotation unless they are part of a covered warrantable repair. Additionally, items like worn brake pads/linings/discs, clutch linings, filters, wiper blades, bulbs, fuses, and other wear and consumable items are not covered. Vehicles with altered odometer mileage or those declared total loss, scrapped, or issued salvage titles are also ineligible. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence in proper maintenance as outlined in the Hyundai Owner’s Manual, misuse, abuse, accidents, theft, water/flooding, fire, use of improper fluids or fuels, non-Hyundai Genuine Parts, unauthorized accessories, modifications, alterations, or improper repairs. It also excludes damage caused by environmental factors, road elements, paint scratches, dents, or similar body damage, as well as damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship, such as rodent damage.
