3 Simple Steps for Chevrolet Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • You may travel with your family for vacation or something else, and if your vehicle malfunctions during the warranty period, during such an incident, without taking too much time to think, just pull over your vehicle to the repair center run by a GM dealer.

  • You are recommended not to argue the toss with the GM dealer about whether the repair is protected by warranty or not. First, let them restore your vehicle to its previous functionality before the warranty issues occurred.

Step 2:

  • You will have your money back, which is paid for the repairs from GM or Chevrolet following the determination that the repair happened under the warranty period. Further movements for the repairs will be made by the dealer after having a discussion with you.

  • Recall work is free unless it is not completed by the GM dealer. It is solely your choice to extend the warranty for different parts or components. The additional plans are divided into protection, pre-paid maintenance, and tire and wheel protection.

Step 3:

  • You cannot compel them to reimburse for the warranty repairs completed at independent shops. When you do not get a proper answer from the GM dealer in the case the warranty service is not up to your expectations or not done correctly, kindly reach out to the customer assistance center.

  • There are support options for vehicle, OnStar, account, and shopping in the support section. When reaching out to the customer assistance center, keep in mind that your issue will probably be addressed at a dealership facility.
